Failure to pay invoices before the due date may result in automatic suspension or deletion of services and backups.
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased. Setup fees, domain registrations, licenses, and abuse-related suspensions are non-refundable.
Shared hosting plans may qualify for limited refund windows where applicable.
Customers may not excessively consume CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, or other shared infrastructure resources in a way that negatively impacts platform stability.
EdgeHost may throttle, suspend, or request upgrades for abusive resource usage.
Account records, IP logs, billing data, support communications, and KYC verification documents may be retained for a minimum period of 2 years in accordance with internal compliance requirements and Indian regulations.
While EdgeHost may provide automated backups on selected plans, customers remain fully responsible for maintaining independent backups of their websites, databases, and applications.
We strive to maintain maximum uptime and infrastructure reliability. However, EdgeHost does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services at all times.
Maintenance windows, hardware failures, upstream outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may affect availability.
EdgeHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, account suspension, or misuse of infrastructure.
Customers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, cybersecurity regulations, and government requirements while using EdgeHost services.
We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies where legally required.
